How to add SNH-P6410BN to smartthings

Hi,

I have a samsung camera SNH-P6410BN which I had previously integrated with Smartthings, but the other day got disconnected, I tried to restart it but didnt work and since I forgot the password then I decided to reset it.

Now I was able to add it to the network and the SmartCam app but I cant figure out how to add it back to Smartthings since it now longer shows in new devices and it is not detected automatically.

Contact ST support and they should be able to assist you. Others have experienced the same issue.

Smartthings support are absolutely useless. They just say the camera is no longer supported (despite being listed on their own website as a compatible camera) so tough.
