Samsung S7 not compatible with Smartthings Mobile app

I just got a new Smartthings hub and I was able to install the app from Google store on my Samsung Tab 3 running Android 5.0.2. I then attempted to install it on my Samsung S7 running Android 7.0I get the message in Google store that “your device isn’t compatible with this version”.

If this is the same issue as below, then all you have to do is change the screen resolution on your phone.

A couple of interesting posts from page 2: I’ve had this issue my self with Oceanhorn and a couple of others, mainly Gameloft games. solution: changed my display settings from HD+ to WQHD+ and wiped play store data and everything has been working fine. I’m able to download all apps/games that previously we’re incompatible. note: you can change the setting back after you’ve downloaded the apps you want, but you may have to follow these steps again when you want to download other apps/games. hope this helps some of you. Samsung Galaxy S7 Thanks for this info! Changing the screen resolution solved my issues too. I couldn’t figure out why new apps weren’t comptatible with this new phone. Odd that no reason was given as to why…but you figured it out for us!! This is for @B.T as well
