just bought Samsung Bespoke Range & Microwave. The microwave is supposed to have auto connectivity when paired with the range. The problem is that the only instructions Samsung has anywhere is to push the auto connectivity button in the SmartThings app. I can’t find where that is supposed to be located in the app and no one can tell me.
Everything is connected to wifi, shows up in the app. I cant make a routine to turn the hood light on when I turn on the range burner, but that’s supposed to be a feature.
Can anyone help?

Sadly they are not compatible. I know this because I’ve had the same problem and called and was told that the bespoke range (double oven induction) that I purchased along with the bespoke auto dim. microwave are not connecting because range does not have that feature. When I purchased the store, I asked if this was a feature, because it was a feature I wanted. I was insured that it was because they both had Wi-fi. I feel bamboozled…

Have you tried to create a routine in smart things? I could find no setting that gets them to communicate. However, I did create a routine in smart things so that any time the “cooktop status” is “cooktop working”, it will turn on the microwave hood light and fan. Works like a champ.
