Samsung family hub camera door view

I got a Samsung family hub fridge freezer last week. I noticed today that the fridge door inside view in the Samsung SmartThings app is stale. It’s showing outdated photos of the interior. The st app says door last opened at 11.30 this morning but it’s been open multiple times since then. Issue is present on both iPad and galaxy phone versions of app. I tried clearing cache on galaxy s24 st app, made no difference

Following up on my own post, I think I understand the issue now.
There appears to be only a single camera which is mounted above the doors.
This means that the doors “inside” view only gets updated when the door is open wide. So only opening it narrowly or getting stuff out of the fridge via the beverage centre door won’t trigger an updated photo. So if you have orange juice in the beverage centre (for example) and repeatedly use it via the beverage door it will show in the photo as full even if it’s well used.

Definitely nothing to do with the app, it’s a fridge foible.

Following up on my own post here. View inside has become very unreliable recently. There was a fridge firmware update recently which may have made matters worse. One of the views is a day old (left door) and the other is six days old. Both doors have been opened v frequently and the content on shelves has changed. I realise its a bit of a first world problem but the main use for me is checking how much milk is left, fairly useless if the image is days old.
I’ve cleared the cache on the smartthings app, rebooted phone, rebooted fridge multiple times etc and the issue persisted. I suspect the issue is between the samsung hub and the cloud. If anyone has experienced similar and knows a fix let me know.
