Family Hub photo upload problems

Hi I have the Samsung smart fridge freezer RS68N8941B1.

All functions are working and it is connected to the internet but I cannot upload photos, memos or personalise the display at all. I have both the family hub and the SmartThings app connected and when I upload the photo it says it is done but it does not appear on the fridge. I can’t find any support online and Samsung themselves have been useless
