if it is malfunctioning (appliance issue?), you should reach out to Samsung Support directly. in the app, tap on Menu and select Contact us. If it is some other issue that you did not indicate in your post, such as an app issue with your hood/microwave… post more details describing the issue.
you can also go to Samsung.com and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the community forum for Samsung products. You post any questions there if you are experiencing appliance malfunctioning.
