Just purchased my brand new Samsung Microwave MC17T8000CS/AA and the SmartThings app will not add my Device or any Samsung microwave. The app never get past the pick the model screen. Selecting a model and nothing happens. I’m soo sad 
In the Smartthings App go to Menu>Contact us>Call Customer Service or Report a problem.
