Routines with local devices not saving/updating

Hi Community,

Is anyone having issues creating/updating routines today?

I am creating a brand new routine and specifically when I added it to a category it takes forever to update but never got an error. Just spinning around trying to save/update

If I don’t choose a Category it does save the routine just fine.

So I can insolate the issue just when try to add the routine to a Category.
