I have a Ring Video doorbell and in both the classic and new smartthings app I can see the video player however whenever I click on the play button it says ‘Camera not available’ Is there anyway to get this working in either of the smartthings apps? I also notice that although the smartthings app cannot display the video feed it does trigger a record event on the doorbell which can be viewed from within the Ring app.
Any suggestions?
