Such a pain, this device- but awesome when it’s working. I had it working for a number of months, and then it just stopped working. It now works as a walk-up (physical) switch but cannot be controlled by SmartThings app, ActionTiles, etc. I’d like to follow the “replace” functionality (as explained here) as it’s a z-wave device… However: This device is a dual-load, dual-button switch. Adding it originally required first pairing both buttons (together) as a controller, then adding each individual button, then deleting the controller. So the ‘replace’ instructions need to be altered for this, but I’m not sure how. Any ideas?
I’d REALLY prefer to “fix” the connection rather than deleting and re-adding (I don’t want to screw up all my routines, webcore pistons, etc). Thx
