I purchased an Ecolink tilt sensor to use as a mailbox sensor. It paired with no problem and worked well, until the mail carrier partially sheared off the cover (shame on me for bad positioning). The LED stayed on constantly, leading me to the conclusion that it was permanently damaged. I removed it in the App, and ordered a new one. This is where the problem comes in. My hub doesn’t see the new switch when I put it in pairing mode. I thought that I might have a bad copy, so I returned it and got a replacement. Still, the hub doesn’t see it when I try to pair. I’ve checked that it doesn’t appear in the device list, and have run Z-Wave repair, but still can’t get the new one to pair. Thoughts anyone?
