Refresh an Aeotec Humidity Sensor

No it’s Apple … I will do that and try it anyway

How do I clear the cache …? Sorry if I sound dumb !

I think if were me, I’d exclude the device. [Go here](Direct Invitation Link: Samsung account ) and install the Aeotec Driver, THEN include the device. It should pick up the correct driver.

You can’t in apple. I believe you just close and reopen the app.

Did this and no difference…

Ok where and how do I exclude it… so much has changed since the older ide login has gone. Feel
Lost …

From mobile app, open hub, 3 dots, settings, Z-Wave utilities, exclude. Then put device in exclusion mode.

Back to square one. I have no setting on my device

I’m going to delete it and start again I think. I just can’t seem to make it work as I wanted …

If you delete it without excluding it, it will not include again until you factory reset it!!

Put the hub in exclusion mode as @Paul_Oliver said, then 3 quick presses on the device will exclude it. Then go to SmartThings and Add device. 3 quick presses and it will include.

I’ve already deleted it now… oh well I might as well throw it in the bin !

I believe the factory reset on those is holding the button in for 10 seconds.

You can exclude a device after it is resent. Just follow the method listed above.
