Please include an option to reboot the hub via the SmartThings iOS/Android app. Currently it can be done via the IDE, but we know the fate of that.
I use a wi-fi smart outlet, they are inexpensive.
I know… but, there really needs to be an option in the app too.
my v2 has batteries, so just cutting the power wont help
While I’ve not experienced it myself, there has been a bit of chatter over the years about leaking batteries. I took mine out about 6 months and have looked back.
I’ll admit my ST doesn’t manage any critical operations of my household. I’d rather not have to replace my hub and want with a UPS backup and a wifi plug.
