RE: monitoring is blocked on your robot vacuum?

Hi there,

I have a SAMSUNG Jet Bot AI+, and it has come to my attention that my home monitoring is not working. As you can see from the image. When I click home monitoring, it shows the message “monitoring is blocked on your robot vacuum. Unlock it to see your home.” I couldn’t see any way to lock or unlock this. Anyone got the same problem?

I am experiencing the same thing except I don’t get a message, the controls for me to move the jetbot or select the spot for home monitoring are blacked out I can’t press the buttons. Everything else works , someone please help so I can use home monitoring on the vacuum, it was one of the reasons I upgraded. Thanks.
