Hi we have a new Samsung Robot Vacuum the model should come with a monitoring facility - where when in motion you can view the camera on the device although I can’t find this in smart things - where the setting should be its not even listed - I have see. Some users where its blocked but in mine there’s nothing I have uninstalled the app - reset the vacuum done everything Anyone any ideas??
The model with monitoring is the “Bespoke AI Jet Bot Steam Ultra”, I believe it has not been released yet, doesn’t even appear in Samsung site.
Hi we have a jet bot combo ai and its in the instruction book and online but in the smart things app I just can’t find it to activate it anywhere on tbe actual vacuum settings

Think I might have a faulty unit - tried everything might take it back and get a replacement 
Unless anyone has seen this issue before 
Have you tried creating a 3D home by going the the house icon on the Home Tap (top right cornear besides the + sign). I guess if the Robot is installed as it should, it will allow you to scan your home with that built in camera to create the 3D home. I think that is prove if the camera is working or not.
Also I might think that feature is location-base locked and my guess it’s only available in US (Just in case you don’t live there)
