I was able to pair the Qubino Flush 2 Relay to the SmartThings hub using its native single Z-Wave Relay handler several times using the Android App. Unfortunately I was always unsuccessful at changing the native handler to the Qubino unique one. After numerous successful attempts with the native handler I could not even pair the device to the native handler even after factory resetting the hub. How can the device be recovered and the Qubino handler utilized?
Is this a typical experience with integrating Z-Wave devices?
