My tv is only 3 years old and was working absolutely fine Sunday morning. Sunday evening we came to switch the TV on and it won’t stay on. It is automatically switching itself off after being on for a second. I have unplugged everything we had connected to the TV (fire stick and PS4), this didn’t help. We also unplugged the TV and plugged it back in, which also didn’t do anything.
I have noticed that my SmartThings app is also not loading and the Samsung ‘troubleshooting and repair booking service’ is currently down for maintenance. Is this a coincidence or could this be due to a recent update??? PLEASE HELP!!!
