Samsung! Is at the end of her rope?

I have in my house two televisions and I turn-on / off these with SmartThings by Alexa and Broadlink …
Last week I bought another tv and I have chosen one Samsung Tv supported by SmartThing to avoid the link by Alexa and Broadlink and menage the tv directly (the tv is N4300 mod 2020).
Besides one problem with the stand of the tv (wrong screws!!!) the problem is that I cannot turn on the tv by app or automation because after few minutes I turn off, the tv lost wifi connection …
The tv is SmartThings certified but I cannot turn on it, I don’t know whether to laugh or cry …
Last week I wrote to Samsung support, they haven’t answered me yet …
