Problems with Mobile and Life360 Presence sensors

Anyone else having these problems??

Android Presence not working since last week (reported Apr - June 2016)

We all have Android phones, so I don’t know if this is an Android specific problem, or just a problem with SmartThings. For instance, it’s showing that my wife arrived at home around 11:39am this morning, when that’s about when she left. Plus, checking the Recently tab, the last entry is actually for April 16th. Is this a known issue along with all the other issues people are experiencing? This is the only thing that’s obviously going wrong at our end at the moment, so I’m considering myself lucky!

Android Presence Sensing not updating quickly

I’ve been suffering a lot of false alarms and routine failures that have been tracked down to the Android app not updating location until the phone alerts for another reason… typically that the alarm has gone off. My location is pretty large - about four city blocks radius - and I’m typically inside it for at least five minutes before getting to the door. How can I improve the responsiveness of the presence detector? I’m running the latest version on Android; HTC M8 with Marshmallow.

Recent presence glitches?

Yesterday afternoon on June 6th 2016, I noticed unusual ‘presence detection’ behavior from my iPhone. I have “Lighting Automation” rule that powers up a dehumidifer when all iPhones (2 on this account) are not present. I was at home and observed the dehumidifier power up. When I looked at the app, it indicated my presence as away. This morning (June 7th 2016), I was woken by my security alarm and lights at approx 5AM in the morning. My SmartHome Monitor is set to armed (away) state by the ‘Goodbye’ routine which gets run by lack of presence on two phones (1 phone was not present, but the other one was). I have removed Siren from SmartHome Monitor so I don’t get woken up again. Anybody else seeing this? I’ve filed a support ticket already.
