Poor Samsung Washer/Dryer Integration Experience

I spent $4k in September for the Samsung Flexwash WV60M9900AV & Dryer DVG60M9900V. I use the new connect app for the washer/dryer and the classic app for everything else. My washer doesn’t even connect anymore (appears as disconnected) & the dryer UI is slow and poor. Is this just me or is this the typical experience?

It is, unfortunately, typical.


Assuming the disconnected appliance thing is “typical” has the community found a way to actually get the smart washer to maintain a reliable connection and function as advertised?

I’ve had great luck with Samsung TV’s… but it seems their other home appliances are poorly supported. I can’t get anyone at Samsung to actually assist.
