Password Reset Email Never Arrives

I am unable to log into https://account.smartthings.com/login. The system finds my correct User ID based on name and DOB.

The password in my Password Manager app doesn’t work and I don’t recall having changed it.

I have clicked “Find ID or Reset Password” several times, but the email to reset my PW never arrives. I’ve verified I entered my email address correctly. The mail is not going into my Junk folder on my local email client app or on my web mail connection to my ISP’s mail server.

I AM able to connect to the SmartThings IDE via https://account.samsung.com.

Anybody else experienced similar problems with https://account.smartthings.com? How can I get logged in via account.smartthings.com? It used to work.

You should probably contact SmartThings Support directly for this kind of issue…
