One action in Good Morning routine not working through Alexa?

We recently got a Somfy Sonesse 30 Zigbee connected to Smartthings through a Tahoma switch. I added a command to the ST Good Morning routine to open the shade, but it doesn’t happen when I give Alexa the command. The other 2 actions - turning on the bedside lamp and turning off a fan - both execute correctly.

Observations:

  • Clicking the Good Morning button in the ST app works correctly
  • Telling Alexa “Bedroom Window 100%” works
  • The shade opens and closes via the slider on the Alexa app

Any thoughts on things to check?

Aha! I’d checked my Alexa routines and didn’t have any, but I realized I hadn’t checked my wife’s phone, since the bedroom Dot is under her account.
