I looking to do this for years but can’t.
It’s seems so sample that I have to miss something …
I want to be able to turn the light on when I’m arriving home for example and turn off the light after 5 minutes, unless 
- the light was already on before I arrived
- I turn on again with the Phillips hue Dimmer (just to make sure the light don’t turn off as I’m staying on the room)
Not sure what I say make lot of sense, but I hope I eventually find a work around !
