Off line devices in SmartThings (November 2024)

After being out of town for a couple of weeks, many of my SmartThings devices are off line such as light switches, random selection of Somfy shades, plugs, etc. Any thoughts on why, how to bring back on line? I have tried re-booting everything … internet, smartthings hub, individual controllers.

I’m away and my device shows the same thing, the fact is that everything works on Tuya, so it’s not a lack of power or internet in the country house. I’ll only know when I get there… my hub version is WV 520.

I had an issue today where about half of my devices went offline and I can’t get them to come back online. My v2 hub ran a firmware update, so I suspect that is the culprit. Usually these things work themselves out but this issue has been going on for hours now.
