I apologize for not providing as much detail as I wanted to initially, but wanted to get this out there so it works with NST manager. There are instructions for devs to add support for this to their apps. Think of this as a way to add your pushover devices at the ST Platform level and be able to simulate the function of contact book while having the option of creating rich notifications with varying priority levels and different sounds. Currently only NST Manager supports it but I’m trying to work with Adrian to add get it working with WebCoRE
