Not finding one of my Sonos devices

I have 6 Sonos devices, 3 of them are Sonos One speakers. 1 of the Sonos One speakers will not show up in SmartThings. All 5 others do.

I’ve tried:

  1. Powering off and back on the speakers
  2. Powering off and back on the SmartThings hub.
  3. Factory resetting the Sonos device

Any ideas?

First thought - is it grouped with an arc or beam or other speaker in the sonos app?

When I grouped my two sonos one speakers with my arc in the sonos app in “Living Room”… I only get that one group “Living Room” that is imported into ST and not the three individual speakers.
