I had a new motion sensor and I went to add it but everytime I go to connect a new device it just takes me to the Marketplace SmartApps. Nowhere is there an option for me to connect my new device. Both hub and app are updated and I power cycled hub. Tried to chat with support but I guess they don’t do that anymore regardless of what their webpage says. Anyone have any clue why it will not let me add a new device?

I am on iOS and mine is looking for new things when I click the Connect New Device option in the app.
