New to Samsung home connect pro

I bought a Samsung home connect pro about a month age after doing a bit of research as to the best hub so far it has randomly gone inactive weekly wiping out all devices. I don’t think there has been any updates pushed and the support seams to be very lacking, I am very close to getting rid of it as it is very unreliable please any comments would be greatly appreciated to change my mind.
