I think I paid £115 for mine, was hoping I’d get it for around £85 as that seemed the going rate in eu. £135 is kinda expensive 
I am kind of eagerly waiting and at one point I even think I should go with v3 but it seems to be no longer available

I doubt you will find any new SmartThings V3 hub which has not been manufactured in years. You might find a used one (or new) on eBay.

I am in UK as @Declankh and Amazon seems has given up to sell it in recent months as I have a echo as tbr I don’t have the urgency as long as my v2 hub is working
I am aware it is available I just recall Amazon had it with much better price and return policy etc
