Noticed SmartThings has some issues with my wemo devices, specifically my custom device handler for the wemo dimmers. Wondering if there’s anyway to integrate the new wemo bridge into smartthings to get a more reliable connection to wemo switches. I assume the wemo bridge just has a new homekit chip in it and can relay upnp requests to the devices themselves, maybe I’m wrong? But using this device, I’m sure there’s a way to piggy back off those requests potentially as it’s allowing Apple to connect with the switches themselves. Anyone know anything about this device before I pull the trigger?
