I bought a samsung hub v2 on ebay and tried ro connect to app but app asking for welcome code. How can i get welcome code. I could not find it in battery compartment
You need to contact ST support and include a photo showing the bottom of the hub with the label that has the serial number.

I have used Samsung support twice for second hand V2 hubs. A great service; just be a bit patient.
