Does anyone know of a device handler that works with the liftmaster MyQ gate openers? I have the myq door open handler to open and close the door, but it doesnt read if it’s open or closed which the myq app can do. I know I can add a sensor but not looking to go that route just yet. I read in one post nobody knew how to poll the myq for the opened/closed status and wondering if that has changed in a year.
Yes that’s what I currently have. But I’m not looking to buy a sensor to tell me if its opened or closed. MyQ app can do it, why not ST?
You can choose the no sensor option.
Basically MyQ has not opened their sensor in their API. If you go to the thread I posted above, you can find others who have asked the same question many times.
