Looks like this is a widespread Windows app + Family Hub issue, not tied to any users’ own doings. Something broke on SmartThing’s end since 48 hours ago:

Favorites, Devices and History (for some) are no longer showing, pages with these sections are blank/no longer loading existing devices.

It’s expected when “legacy/insecure Windows features and unused modern UI apps” are uninstalled.

I wouldn’t know what item(s) to revert. As well - we are not going to be reverting things that introduce security flaws/leaks/vulnerabilities into our work environment. But here is the list of them (will only revert an item if it fixes SmartThings):

As for modern UI apps, only the “Office App Actions” and “Office Notifications” apps were uninstalled since they were never being used.

Can a developer please chime in and explain which dependencies the app relies on?

The app is convinced there aren’t any devices at all. The API is working because Summary Tiles are displayed (the ones that are accessible in the API) and Routines and Scenes can be accessed though they report the devices have been removed. History is working for rules and location modes but completely missing the device history.

I don’t get them on the home page in the Windows app and I don’t know if I ever did. However I do see Temperature, Humidity and Lighting on individual Room pages where they are relevant. The values of those are read from the Client API so this remains consistent with the Windows app not being able to read the devices.

I note the Samsung fridge with family hub alla devices disappeared thread describes something going on with the Family Hub that sounds broadly similar to what we are experiencing on the Windows app, though I have no experience of that.

Ah yes, I remember now. Interesting thing is that the Location summary info is returned by the same one API call as all the room tiles.

I guess I’m not the only one, plus my situation might have nothing to do with legacy Windows feature removal.

Seeing multiple reports now of users confirming that devices are missing on their Windows app (but not on their mobile apps).

The same thing is happening on Samsung Family Hub Refrigerators. The SmartThings Widget on the Fridges show the summary tiles and they work just fine (at least the device status is working: say a light is on it says how many lights are on, but I can’t control said lights), but there are no devices being shown. It just says to add devices. It was working Friday and come yesterday it was broken. My Family uses the hub for controlling the kitchen appliances, so they were quite upset that they now have to use manual controls again until this is fixed.

I don’t have high hopes, but I’m glad it’s working again today.

Hopefully reliability can be improved upon - there are a large number of people who rely on this software.
