Moving to Konnected and Smartthings - trying to use ActionTiles with Alarm Arm and Disarm and the icon does not indicated Armed

The icon on ActionTile does not change color to indicate alarm set

Hi Richard,

I have the same setup (Konnected, ST and AT), so I’ll try and help, but hard to say what’s wrong without more info.

  1. I assume your Konnected upgrade has worked, and your panel(s) are showing in the Konnected app, with all zones working and triggering?

  2. If so, then can I ask have you linked to ST successfully and have all the zones showing in the ST app? Are they triggering and working?

  3. What are you using to set the alarm, I guess STHM? If so, does setting the STHM arm the system successfully?

  4. If all of that is working, then it must your AT settings - so let’s look at those if all the stuff in items 1-3 are working well, so let me know.
