Is there a free DHT for this Monoprice Z-Wave Plus PIR Multi Sensor, Temperature - Humidity - Light? I see some people say to use the Zooz, but does it really work?

It’s pretty easy to pair just be sure to have it super close to the hub. I couldn’t get it to pair 20 feet away. One other weird thing is that after pairing. One out of 4 Motion sensor didn’t work for motion but going into the config and changed the primary status display tile to temp then back to motion solved the problem.
IDE device current stat was missing motion for whatever reason at that time.
