I removed some meross devices, and i want to readd them in smartthings but i am no longer able to find the brand in the supported devices section of the smartthings app…has something changed? i’m in the UK if it matters
Tap on Menu
Go to Settings (the cog)
Tap on Unlinked services
Tap on Meross
Tap on refresh in the lower menu to see if your devices get imported
Or if they are Matter devices, you can use that method under Add Device
It isn’t listed as a brand in the Supported devices directory (which is only a directory - you don’t use it to install devices) but it does appear under Partner devices. Only as a cloud to cloud service though.
