I have this problem, although I added a member as you can see in the image
When I try to create an automation based on the members, only my user appears in the list.
Both members’ cell phones are Samsung and the member invitation was made by QRCode.
Has anyone happened? How to solve?

the screen shot shows these members are part of the account. you need to turn location for all members that you want to use in automations. it is under settings.
