MCO Home 4 gang not working

Hi,

I have a MCO Home 4 gang switch. It used to work with Fibaro Homecenter 2 and now with Aeotec hub v3 and Smartthings its not working properly.

This is the behavior. The 11 and 12 buttons work as expectes from the app and from the device. The 13 and 14 buttons just dont switch the lights on/off when the buttons are touched. However 14 works from the app while 13 doesn’t. In all cases, when i use the app to.switch on/off the buttons then the buttons change color but when i toggle the buttons physically the status is not updated in smartthings.

What do i do to have it working properly?

I have tried many of the Z-wave drivers from the SmartThings Drivers (beta) website but no luck. Thank you so much for your support

This device is in Z-Wave Switch and Child Mc from my shared channel

Install driver from my channel and reinstall device with this driver

Hi,
Thank your for pointing me to your page.
I downloaded the drivers and installed them.
I still have a problem: the touch panel is teiggered by smartthings and all the automations connected to it. However, the other way around does not happen. When pressing the buttons on the touch pad, they don’t trigger anything on smartthings.

Have you tried factory resetting the device?

Similar devices have been working for a long time with the driver and use the default handlers to receive device status commands
