Master Reset GE Z-Wave Switches?

I need some guidance, I’m trying to master reset my GE Dimmer Z-Wave switch, GE Z-Wave 3-Way Dimmer Switch, and Leviton Z-Wave Ceiling fan switch. Clearly I’m not doing something correctly as I can’t get them to reset back to factory so I can join my SmartThings Z-Wave HUB. Any advice?

On a side note I would love to see a tutorial on migrating from Revolv to SmartThings.

On the ge you need to place the controller in exclude mode then once there press the switch on or off and should exclude it.
