Hello. One of my clients that has just installed the Hub has the same problem. What is happening?
I think you should check location when setup your hub
I was making some test creating an SmartApp and suddenly the marketplace screen appears OK. Maybe two things are related but I’m really not sure.

This happens if you claim a UK v2 Hub, serial number starts with 4, on a North American location. I recommend removing/resetting the Hub and selecting UK when claiming the Hub in the mobile app.
