Marantec M4900e Garage door opener with the IRIS garage door controller

I have a Marantec M4900e garage door opener. I installed the IRIS Garage Door Controller 589237. I have the IRIS Garage Door Controller wired in on the same wires as the Marantec wall control panel on pins 3 & 4 of the Marantec M4900e

Through my SmartThings app I can open and close the garage door. If I press the Marantec wall control panel button, or if I use the Marantec remote controller in my truck, the garage door opens three quarters of the way, the IRIS Garage Door Controller starts flashing and beeping then stops.

Any ideas on why this may be happening? Has anyone had this issue?

All, this is resolved. I had to re-sync the IRIS Garage Door Controller 589237 with the door tilt sensor (open/close sensor)
