Lost App Control of SmartPower Outlet

Here’s an odd one. I can’t control a SmartPower Outlet from my app or Echo. It responds to my minimote, though, and the app shows the correct status. On and off just don’t work.

I’m assuming that it has something to do with being a local device, which the minimote also is… I just don’t know what to do about it.

Already restarted the device and the hub.

Edit / Solution: Someone in the big update thread mentioned renaming a bulb to get it to work. I didn’t do that, but I did go into the IDE and edit the device. I didn’t change anything. I just hit the update button. Now, I have control back. Very weird.

I had a similar issue with my smart power outlet, nothing worked to fix it until I went into the IDE and temporarily changed device types. I guess that wasn’t necessary and simply hitting update would have fixed it.
