Samsung Outlets no longer work

I can’t control the 2 outlets anymore. I have been experimenting with the v1 hub and have not used it for a while. I wanted to start buying more items and really start using it with the Amazon Echo but I cannot control the two outlets. It will report on/off if I push the module button so I know there is communication to the hub. I deleted all of the things and SmartApps and just reset and relinked one outlet and still the same result. Any ideas folks? Thanks.

I’m sure that’s frustrating! Since it’s both devices, Probably the best thing is to contact support@smartthings.com , because there are some network diagnostics they can run from their side that may be helpful.
