Glad you closed it… It was our conspiracy to get you back in the community! Now we know how to grab your attention. We all need you!
I suggest adding a section to the official unofficial Wiki.
If you don’t know what / where it is, then it needs to be better promoted or it will die like previous efforts.

I didn’t know there was an official Wiki!
Meanwhile, there’s an unofficial community created wiki that we hope will help fill many of these gaps. I know it’s sparse now, but a lot of people are contributing. Give us a chance guys, we’re just getting started! The community built wiki is less than two months old.
This topic indeed is a great idea for the wiki, as a wiki is there for answers, forums are for questions and discussion, and github is for code.
We put in a new category this morning inspired by your efforts, “known system issues”
I think you’ll find it Useful, and if not, just fix it! The more people who contribute content to the wiki better.
The great thing about wikis is that they’re very searchable and they don’t go stale overtime as they can be continuously updated by anyone who has new information. Including links to new forum threads.

Agreed, this is a perfect use for the wiki. Come on everyone, join the fun!
My issue is the power to the hub v2 it’s only getting power via batteries.
I have been in contact with support very helpful just waiting on the final conclusion.
It is not the cord as originally thought. I have another cord exact power watts etc and a t doesn’t power up. The original cord works with the WINK hub and powers it up so again it is not the cord.
Nothing is loose inside no jiggle the connector is secure and holds doesn’t pull off easily so it seems intact.
I have burned through 7 sets of batteries now keeping the hub alive.
One word: Eneloop
PS: Sounds like defective hardware. Not common, but can happen.
Sorry wrong thread thought this was just a general issue not a common area my bad.
