Lightswitch sticking

I have several GE/JASCO zwave light switches installed in my home. One of them occasionally sticks and fails to turn off the connected LED lighting when commanded from the network. I can flick the switch with a finger after sending an off command and it turns off the light. I can hear the operating coil action click in the switch when the command is transmitted from my phone app. However, on some occasions the click is not followed by opening the light circuit. Repeatedly switching on and off does not reliably result in an off state. At this time I am seeking input from other users and question whether the problem is strictly switch related or a result of characteristics of the LED light circuit, i.e. DC current arcing and welding the contact.
