I just sent an email to support today to see what they have to say about it.
Support responded yesterday with:
“… After pulling up your account, I’m seeing several errors regarding the Life360 & SmartThings integration. With your permission, I would like to delete the Life360 integration from my end and have you re-configure it via the SmartThings App from your end…”
and again today with:
“… I am still working on it. Before I can remove the Life360 integration, it is necessary for me to remove your wife’s phone. I have already removed your phone but your wife’s phone is being particularly difficult due to its association with SmartApps/Routines and Core…”
they had me remove her phone from all of my SmartApps & Routines, then:
“…I have removed Cara’s phone and also removed Life360 Integration from my end. Can you please go ahead and re-add the Life360 Integration?”
so here I go, setting up Life360 integration again… we’ll see what happens.
