OK, it’s working. At support’s suggestion, I moved the hub from the original location (125 feet with direct line of sight) to 2 inches away. It paired. Odd, since at original installation, the hub was about 20 feet away. But now, adding the switch back to my routines, I have the dreaded access denied.
