"Learn mode" missing in ST app under Z-Wave utilities

“Learn Mode” is not an available option in the app under Z-Wave Utilities and have include the following link to show it was live. Manage Z-Wave Utilities with the SmartThings Hub

I was able to previously engage Learn mode in the ST Hub through the Groovy IDE portal, however is no longer accessible. Learn mode is not available in the replacement SmartThings Advanced Web App and at one point saw “Learn mode” in the ST app under Z-Wave utilities (accessed from ST Hub settings) and currently only see ‘Z-Wave exclusion’ and ‘Repair Z-Wave network’ utilities displayed.

If you know how to access Learn mode, your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

It is for me.

I don’t have any Z-Wave devices. I can imagine that if I did have any paired I might not see it.

I do NOT have the Learn Mode at either of my locations which both have v2 hubs. I checked on both my Pixel 6a phone and Lenovo tablet. I have Z-Wave devices at both locations.

I have a v2 hub and no z-wave devices - the learning mode shows in the app.

Bingo. It’s only available if you don’t have any z-wave devices paired.

The hub can only be put into learn mode if it doesn’t have any Z wave devices currently paired to it. That’s pretty common. If you’re going to join your hub as a secondary to a different Z wave network it’s going to receive a whole new device table from the master hub.
