Kudos to ST folks for community support!

I know I have been critical at times about ST folks’ disengagement in the community, but there is no doubt that for the past few days they have been making great effort to ease the latest round of issues. Kudos to @Aaron , @slagle , @Tyler and @jody.albritton for their efforts!

If you have had a positive experience in the past few days or weeks, or if I forgot someone above, please share their name. It is good once in a while to recognize that they are doing their best with what they have to help us all!

While my issue may not necessarily be resolved, I appreciate the detailed response I received from Nate with Support. So thanks Nate! :tada:

Same here great support from Christopher. Cannot confirm if the issue was resolved, but is among the few times I’ve received a follow up and an explanation after the issue has been escalated to an engineer.

I’d just like to point out that in the last few months, I haven’t had to contact them at all. That speaks volumes to what the whole ST team has been able to accomplish since I first joined the community around the beginning of the year. AND when I did have to contact anyone in support, they were always helpful, courteous, and followed through to the best of their ability. Kudos!
