Issues with wemo light switches connecting: failed to save page: firstpage

I’m having issues getting wemo light switches to connect. I get to the point where they are discovered and I can select the three switches but when I hit “Done” I get the following error “Failed to save page: firstPage”. Anyone have any thoughts on how to resolve this?

I don’t have any wemo devices myself, but they are an official device so support@smartthings.com should be able to assist you.

I’m having the same problem. The sad thing is I had them all added previous to the recent firmware update. A tech support guy told me they would be more reliable if I removed and re-added them all (I have 19 wemo light switches). Now I’m getting this error and I’m worse off than before. Now tech support is ignoring me.
